What's with the 52 days?




In college I was exposed to the concept of a 52 day fitness challenge on the Men's Health website. For me it provides a measure of accountability and competitiveness that really helps when making healthy lifestyle choices. The next challenge officially starts August 4th over on the message boards, but I've never been one to sit around and wait on something once I make up my mind.

This blog will be an account of my preparations for the upcoming challenge, and onward.
